How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (Apr - Jun & Sept - Nov). If your event is on a weekend, we encourage you to book 4 to 6 months in advance, as these popular dates fill quickly!

What is included with my flower wall rental?

Each rental includes delivery, professional installation, styling, and breakdown. Your wall will arrive photo-ready and securely installed before your event begins! If you purchase packages, all add-ons in the package will come in picture-perfect condition, as well!

How long is the rental period?

Rental time completely depends on the package. Our minimum rental period is 4 hours but we can extend this to 24 hours or more, depending on the need!

What enhancements can I add to my rental?

We offer a curated selection of enhancements that our clients have loved! Enhancements can be added à la carte to elevate your installation.
Professional lighting for optimal photo quality (this comes with a clip-in stand for most phones/ personal cameras);
Flicker candles for added ambiance;
Neon signs; and
Customized neon signs.

Can you create a proposal setup?

Absolutely! We love proposal moments and offer our Proposal Package that includes our Rome flower wall, 12 flicker candles, "Will You Marry Me?" neon sign, and a professional light for the perfect pictures your new fiancé!

What size are your flower walls?

Our standard installations are 8’x8’, which is ideal for photo moments, sweetheart tables, and event backdrops. If needed, we also offer 4'x8' sizing. Additional customizations may be available depending on the request.

Are the flowers real?

What do you need from the venue?

There are only a few things we ask of any venue:
A relatively flat surface where the flower wall will be;
At least 8–9 ft ceiling height;
Indoor placement or safe/secure outdoor space;
Access to the location prior to the event start!
