Day One Coordination
To help you finalize any/all customizations, booking details, and more
Date Reservation
We believe in keeping our promises. Once your contract is signed, your date is secured, and your rentals are held. Exactly as booked, no exceptions.
Travel Fees
We cover the first 10 miles from Midtown Nashville on every booking. Venues further have a simple traavel fee:
Miles 10 - 20 are $1 per mile Miles 20 - 40 are $2 per mile Miles above 40 are $3 per mile
Professional Delivery
Our curators handle every detail from on-time delivery to seamless coordination with your point of contact, so everything looks exactly as you envisioned.
Effortless Setup
Leave the heavy lifting to us! We build your backdrop, set the scene, and make sure all you need is a camera!
Buffer Time
The best parties run late. So we build in FREE 30 minute buffer time for all reservations.
After Hours
Our team works daily from 9am to 9pm. Setups/Pickups scheduled outside of these hours are subject to a one-time after hours charge of $75.
Cleanup
We leave every place exactly how we got there!
